Group Mat and Group Apparatus Classes meet on a regular weekly basis. All classes are 50-60 minutes.
Our Group Mat Classes run on a drop- in basis- meaning there is no need to pre-register. There are typically 6-12 people in class. A variety of Pilates exercises are done on a mat on the floor and may include small apparatus such as resistance bands, balls and weights.
These classes allow for 4-8 people to participate in a class on the Pilates Apparatus such as the Reformer, Chair and Springboards and promise you a full body workout. Pre-registering is required as there is limited space availabe.
